Shipping policy

We know you’re excited to get your new kit! At The Nail Tech Collection, we aim to get your orders out the door and onto your station as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

• Shipping Method: We ship exclusively within Ireland using An Post Standard Post.

• Shipping Rates: * Standard Shipping: €6 flat rate.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over €100.

• Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2–3 business days.

• Tracking: All orders are shipped with a tracking number. To keep our process efficient, these are not sent out automatically, but tracking is available upon request. If you’d like to check on your parcel’s journey, just send us a quick message!

Missing or Late Packages? If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please reach out to us at shop@borntoshinebeauty.com so we can look into it for you.
